Job details
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned products.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure product success.
Design promotional materials, sales tools, and training content for the field force.
Monitor product performance and suggest corrective actions to achieve targets.
Coordinate product launches and support ongoing marketing activities.
Organize and participate in key scientific events, CMEs, and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage product budget effectively and track ROI of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
Education / experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of successful brand/product handling and execution of marketing strategies.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations in Cambodia. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage the local sales team effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the pharma market dynamics in Cambodia, along with excellent relationship-building skills.
Job details
Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to drive results.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, and distributors.
Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
Ensure compliance with local laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
Plan and execute product launches, territory development, and sales incentive programs.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the regional and head office.
Requirements
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market landscape in Cambodia.

Proficiency in English and Khmer preferred.
Willingness to travel within Cambodia and occasionally across the region.
Education / experience
Education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Experience working in Cambodia or similar frontier/emerging markets is preferred.
Proven success in managing teams and achieving sales growth.
